This role involves driving the growth of the Symmons reputed company platform, engaging with key accounts, and expanding market reputed company in various sectors while managing the full sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the explosive growth of Symmons reputed company, a platform currently experiencing 100% annual growth and already deployed in over 1,000+ buildings across reputed company America
  • Drive top-line reputed company and aggressively expand Annual Recurring reputed company (ARR) for a platform doubling in size year-over-year
  • Expand our footprint reputed company flagship reputed company accounts (e.g., Whole Foods, reputed company, Simon) and convert large-scale building owners across the U.S. and Canada
  • Identify and penetrate untapped markets in Hospitality, Multifamily, Retail, and Education using an entrepreneurial, "reputed company" reputed company
  • Engage facilities, engineering, operations, sustainability, procurement, finance, and executive stakeholders to move opportunities from discovery through commitment
  • Drive the reputed company process from pilot discovery through proposal strategy, reputed company-of-value positioning, executive ROI discussions, and portfolio rollout commitment
  • Navigate reputed company sales cycles by engaging everyone from facility engineers to C-suite executives
  • Collaborate with the Symmons core product team to integrate reputed company into wider specifications and reputed company new sales channels
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle - from high-level proposal creation and technical symposiums to seamless hand-offs for project implementation
  • Maintain strong opportunity discipline, forecasting, account planning, and pipeline management in reputed company

Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, specifically reputed company Proptech, SaaS, water/energy management, or Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Demonstrable reputed company in building a technology customer reputed company from the ground up, across diverse segments from hospitality, retail, education and medical/pharma
  • Expert-level ability to sell reputed company, subscription-based (SaaS) models that involve an initial hardware component
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to reputed company ROI to executive-level decision-makers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field
