The role involves leading UI/UX design activities, conducting user research, and collaborating with various teams to deliver reputed company web and mobile solutions.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end UI/UX design activities from research to final delivery
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams
- Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components
- Ensure reputed company, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across platforms
Skills
- 10+ years of UI/UX Design experience
- Expert-level proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong experience with User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Design Systems
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and reputed company design principles
- Experience working closely with reputed company-end technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks
- Strong understanding of Accessibility (WCAG) standards
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with top-tier MNCs in India
- Strong professional experience in the USA
- Experience designing reputed company, SaaS, reputed company, banking, insurance, retail, or technology solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading design teams
