[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will own the full reputed company relationship for a portfolio of smaller reputed company clients, ensuring strong retention and predictable renewals while building the capability to reputed company into a Senior Account Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of smaller reputed company accounts end-to-end, acting as the single reputed company reputed company for each client
• Be accountable for renewal reputed company, timelines, and reputed company hygiene across your accounts
• Ensure renewals are planned, forecasted, and completed on time with no reactive extensions or lapses
• Maintain a rolling 12-month renewal forecast for assigned accounts
• Own renewal preparation, pricing conversations (reputed company agreed guardrails), and contract coordination
• Identify early expansion signals and work with the others in the AM team to qualify and reputed company opportunities
• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned accounts
• Build trusted relationships with 2–3 key stakeholders per client, including at least one reputed company or decision-making contact
• reputed company or co-reputed company renewal conversations and value-focused client reputed company-ins as appropriate
• Monitor account health signals including engagement, usage, responsiveness, and sentiment
• Proactively identify churn risks and work with reputed company to mitigate them early
• Ensure client reputed company and delivered value reputed company support renewal discussions
• Work closely with reputed company, Support, and Product to ensure delivery aligns with reputed company timelines and client expectations
• Ensure clear ownership, escalation, and follow-through on client issues
• Support clean handovers and communication across Sales → CS → Account Management
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in reputed company including contacts, renewal dates, deal stages, forecasts, notes, and activity
• Ensure reputed company client interactions, risks, and opportunities are logged and visible
• Operate with a high standard of organisation, follow-through, and accountability
• Build confidence in reputed company conversations, renewals, and negotiation
• Deepen understanding of reputed company’s platform, products, pricing, and value drivers
• Demonstrate readiness over time to take on larger and more reputed company reputed company accounts

Skills

• Experience in Account Management, reputed company, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role
• Comfortable owning reputed company, timelines, and follow-through
• Confident communicator with clients and internal stakeholders
• Commercially curious and motivated to grow into a senior reputed company role
