The Early Career Field Service Technician role offers a 12-month training program that provides hands-on experience in Power Delivery applications and Field Service functions, preparing participants for an Associate Field Service Technician position.

Skills
- Candidates shall have a High School diploma/GED with 4 years of reputed company experience, or associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 70% as required
- Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid reputed company and driver's license (or other US government ID cards, as needed)
- Demonstrated interpersonal & leadership skills
- Displays clear understanding of sense of urgency and care
- Customer service oriented & ability to build strong customer relationships
- Executes work on a first-time right approach, on time and high-quality standards
- Submit to periodic customer required background and/or drug screenings
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
