Responsibilities

  • Hands-on expertise with Telephony systems and IVR integration, including designing and deploying self-service call flows and CTI connectivity
  • Proficiency in SRM (Speech Recognition/Response Management) tools and integrations, with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance voice-driven customer interaction systems
  • Preferred - Experience with Uniphore platform configuration, enhancement, and optimization, including familiarity with conversational AI and automation workflows

Skills
