Responsibilities

• You will manage inbound calls for various companies
• You must have the agility to reputed company between different protocols, data entry requirements and specific scripting for each client
• You must deliver an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor on every single call
• You must possess excellent grammar and clear, reputed company spoken English
• We maintain high standards and you will be held accountable for meeting KPI's that include schedule adherence, average wrap time and consistent quality assurance (QA) scores
