COREcruitment Ltd is a fast-growing UK hospitality and entertainment brand entering a major expansion phase across the U.S. They are seeking a Director of Project Management to reputed company project coordination for multiple new venue openings and ensure operational readiness as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Leading project coordination across multiple new venue openings and live projects
• Building and managing detailed project timelines, milestones, and rollout plans
• Partnering with operations, construction, and leadership teams to reputed company projects on track
• Identifying delays, risks, and operational gaps early and driving solutions
• Supporting resource planning, staffing timelines, and operational readiness for openings
• Working closely with department heads to ensure alignment across reputed company workstreams
• Managing reporting and updates for executive leadership
• Helping create scalable systems and processes as the company continues to grow

Skills

• Strong project management experience overseeing multiple reputed company projects simultaneously
• Hospitality, entertainment, or multi-site operational background strongly preferred
• Experience with new openings, venue build-outs, or large-scale expansion projects
• Highly organized with strong attention to timelines, details, and execution
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, site teams, and external partners
• Strong understanding of project planning tools, scheduling, and milestone tracking
• Based in the U.S. with ability to travel frequently
