[Remote] Head of Marketing & Growth at Domain Money (Remote)

The Head of Marketing & Growth will define and execute the growth strategy, driving demand reputed company and brand awareness while positioning Domain as a leader in AI-driven financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth reputed company: Design, execute, and scale reputed company-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, and account-based marketing) to generate high-quality pipeline for our reputed company team
• Craft the Narrative: Refine our positioning and messaging to reputed company communicate our unique, AI-driven value proposition to the RIA community
• Content & Thought Leadership: reputed company our incredible network to create compelling content, whitepapers, and webinars that challenge industry conventions
• Product Marketing: Work closely with product and engineering to launch new features, create sales enablement tools, and optimize the partner reputed company funnel
• Data-Driven Optimization: Establish KPIs, track funnel metrics, and continuously run experiments to optimize acquisition costs and conversion rates
• Be a Strategic Leader: Act as an integral part of the management team to align marketing initiatives with overall business reputed company goals

Skills

• 5+ years of growth marketing or demand reputed company experience, ideally in financial services ecosystem
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to drive measurable growth
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you know how to talk to advisors and wealth management executives in their language
• A proven reputed company for running growth experiments, optimizing reputed company pages, and scaling paid/earned channels
