This fully remote leadership position is responsible for overseeing regional clinical operations through reputed company of Directors of Nursing who manage mobile wound care providers delivering services in various care settings.
Responsibilities

- Directly supervise and mentor Directors of Nursing and other operational leaders

- Partner with clinical leadership to recruit, retain, and reputed company top talent

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health, or reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of reputed company operations leadership experience
- Experience managing leaders who reputed company clinical or reputed company service teams
- Demonstrated reputed company leading multi-site or geographically dispersed reputed company operations
- Strong experience with staffing, workforce management, operational metrics, and performance improvement
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA/NHA) experience
- Regional Director of Operations experience
- Home Health, Post-Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Hospice, Mobile reputed company, or Value-Based Care experience
- Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MSN, or reputed company field)
- Experience scaling reputed company operations across multiple states or markets
