They are seeking a Senior reputed company Recruiter to build relationships with physicians and match them with job opportunities, helping reputed company facilities fill vital patient care gaps.

Responsibilities

• Actively managing an reputed company-expanding portfolio of physician candidates
• Contacting active physicians and developing long-lasting relationships with physicians
• Interviewing physicians to meet client-specific qualifications and quality standards of Interim Physicians
• Obtaining reputed company of reputed company physicians for presentation and consulting with Account Executives and business development representatives to determine the proper fit
• Negotiating rates and expenses as required for physicians
• Writing physician agreements and exhibits as necessary
• Advocating for and consulting with physicians to ensure employee satisfaction and longevity with Interim’s client
• Promptly escalating reputed company physician candidate issues to the Account Executive, always working together for a satisfactory resolution to reputed company parties
