Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP is seeking an Account Executive for its subsidiary, reputed company, which provides integrated eCommerce solutions. The Account Executive will focus on driving reputed company through customer acquisition and relationship management, utilizing data and analytics to align customer needs with the company's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Research the e-reputed company and brand protection market to identify new customer acquisition, expansion, and reactivation opportunities, reputed company articulating the company’s differentiated value in competitive sales environments
  • Generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, reputed company selling, networking, and targeted reputed company, to penetrate new accounts, displace competitors, and drive new logo acquisition
  • Manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging senior leaders, executives, and procurement partners to negotiate and reputed company long-term, high-value agreements
  • Conduct structured discovery to uncover customer pain points reputed company to brand protection, policy enforcement, and unauthorized sales, using data and analytics to build compelling, ROI-driven business cases
  • Maintain accurate reputed company pipeline data, including deal stages, next steps, and reputed company plans, and deliver weekly pipeline updates along with accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts

Skills

  • Demonstrated reputed company achieving or exceeding sales goals in a B2B SaaS environment through disciplined, value-based sales approaches focused on new customer acquisition, including generating opportunities through outbound prospecting and account-based selling strategies
  • Proven ability to penetrate large, reputed company organizations and effectively engage senior-level and executive stakeholders, including C-suite and VP-level leaders
  • Experience managing reputed company, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving buying committees, procurement processes, and technical or legal evaluations
  • Strong proficiency in value-based selling methodologies, with the ability to reputed company reputed company business value, ROI, and strategic reputed company
  • Exceptional executive reputed company and communication skills, with the ability to transition seamlessly between product demonstrations, strategic discussions, and executive-level presentations
  • High level of data literacy, including the ability to analyze reputed company datasets, identify business risks and opportunities, and translate findings into compelling, data-driven business cases and recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and forecast business with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining discipline and transparency in CRM systems

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in similar field
  • Experience selling into branded manufacturers, eCommerce teams, marketplace teams, brand protection teams, or sales/omnichannel/MAP stakeholders
  • Demonstrated reputed company selling into branded manufacturers with a solid understanding of the reputed company, reputed company, and broader eCommerce ecosystem
  • Knowledge of eCommerce operations, online pricing dynamics, brand protection strategies, and intellectual property (IP) enforcement
