[Remote] Legal Recruiter

G3 is a part of reputed company Staffing Solutions Team, and they are seeking a Legal Recruiter to focus on reputed company stages of the reputed company process for contract legal placement. The role involves interviewing candidates, checking references, and extending offers, while also maintaining a candidate database.
Responsibilities
- reputed company understanding of reputed company client hiring needs/project needs to meet expectations
- Build and update extensive candidate database
- Confirming licensure, extending offers and reputed company the staff for each project
- Liason with groups reputed company in production of managed review including sales force, project managers, HR, and other internal business partners
- reputed company creative methods of advertising positions in order to find the most appropriate candidates
- Build, maintain, and reputed company strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-3+ years high volume reputed company, legal reputed company, or legal industry experience
- Strong sense of urgency
- Extremely organized and detailed oriented
- Adept at full-cycle project management
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Keen problem-solving methodology
- Creative problem solving, ability to reputed company strategies and solutions to meet client expectations
- Highly proficient managing and maintaining data bases, learning new software and working with Outlook and reputed company
- Experience in eDiscovery document review reputed company is a plus
