[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive role is a quota-carrying position responsible for building a sales pipeline from scratch, managing staffing reputed company creation, and leveraging an offshore team for support in selling AI/ML and Data Engineering staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Self-sourced new-logo selling. You prospect, you book your own meetings, you reputed company. We don't have an inbound reputed company reputed company to hand you, this role exists because we need someone who can build pipeline from reputed company against companies hiring AI/ML and Data Engineers
• Using the offshore team as reputed company. A dedicated offshore team supports your hunt with list-building, research, reputed company reputed company, cold email, and reputed company / req monitoring. They multiply your reputed company; they don't replace your hunting. You direct them

Skills

• Outcome-oriented, not seat-oriented. You sell the work the client is trying to get done. 'We can put two engineers on your AI agent rollout in three weeks' beats 'we have AI/ML engineers available.'
• Comfortable in a small-team environment. You'll have reputed company support, recruiters, content, an offshore team to multiply your reputed company, but you build and iterate, not wait for a reputed company
