[Remote] Senior Program Manager

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to reputed company early adoption and product readiness for new AI features, ensuring that new releases are validated, customer-reputed company, and smoothly adopted before broader rollout.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage early-stage adoption for new AI features and products
- Define program goals, timelines, and reputed company criteria
- Coordinate customer participation with Sales, Presales, and Implementation partners
- Collect and synthesize feedback to inform product improvements and release reputed company
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support release readiness planning
- Track and coordinate resolution of issues identified during early adoption
- Support validation that new releases continue to reputed company as expected across existing functionality
- Help ensure new features meet usability and quality expectations prior to general availability

- Background in B2B or public sector technology
- Experience running beta, pilot, or early reputed company programs
