The role involves managing end-to-end interview program operations, collaborating with various teams to enhance candidate evaluation experiences, and driving reputed company improvement in interview processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end interview program workflows to support organizational growth
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks while maintaining quality and consistency
• Partner with reputed company operations to plan reputed company and improve scalability of interview processes
• reputed company, maintain, and reputed company interview content, modules, and structured evaluation frameworks
• Establish governance processes for interview content lifecycle management
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine and improve interview materials

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, operations, or reputed company operations
• Experience designing and scaling structured processes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong data analytics skills with experience tracking KPIs and building reports/dashboards
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with reputed company, hiring, or structured interview processes
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to operate independently in a remote, high-growth environment
• Experience in reputed company operations, HR operations, or talent program management
