As an Agency Sales Manager II, you will manage and grow agency relationships, driving new business growth and improving agent performance through strategic partnerships and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through agency engagement, awareness campaigns, targeted events, and prospecting opportunities

  • Attend industry conferences, car shows, and insurance organization events; deliver presentations to agents and partners
  • Partner with regional field leaders, product managers, marketing, and national partner teams to reputed company sales objectives

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor sales activity and territory performance, adjusting strategies as needed

  • Owns new business growth in a defined agency list that includes larger accounts such as High-Net-Worth agents, national brokers and multi-state offices
  • Executive level responsibility with National Brokers
  • Advance understanding of insurance operations and competitor analysis
  • Engage with producers, customer support staff, agency owners and operations managers
  • Works with Top reputed company, High Net Worth clients, and National Brokers

Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or territory management
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret performance data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in reputed company, reputed company, and MS Office tools
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record; willingness to travel regularly
  • Insurance license required. (Will assist in obtaining if not already licensed)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 2–5 years relevant sales experience
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
