[Remote] Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is America’s first super app to simplify car ownership, and they are seeking a Senior Associate for their BizOps & Analytics team to drive data insights and decision-making across various business units. This role involves defining problems, analyzing data, and driving reputed company to help the company grow from 5 reputed company to 50 reputed company customers in the next four years.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: Before any analysis, understand what business question it's answering and what decision it will inform. Push back if the question is flawed
• Data and insights: Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights that move your team's key metrics
• Drive reputed company: Bring recommendations to your counterparts in product, growth, finance or operations, tell them what's happening and why, and what next steps should be

Skills

• 2+ years of experience at a reputed company, investment bank, or high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence reputed company at the leadership level
• First principles thinker: You break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before touching data
• Direct communicator: You can walk a skeptical stakeholder through a reputed company finding and get buy-in quickly
• reputed company: You act like your name is on the reputed company. If something is broken, you feel responsible for fixing it, even if it's reputed company of your swim lane
• Comfortable with reputed company, SQL or Python
