This role supports the firm's billing and reputed company processes by ensuring accurate invoice reputed company and compliance with client requirements while collaborating effectively with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer the end-to-end client invoicing process for a diverse portfolio of reputed company and billing arrangements
• Review draft invoices, implement requested revisions, and finalize billing packages according to established procedures
• Verify compliance with reputed company counsel guidelines, client-specific requirements, and engagement terms before invoice submission
• Coordinate electronic invoice submissions through approved e-billing platforms and monitor invoice status through completion
• Research, address, and resolve billing discrepancies, payment delays, rejected invoices, and client inquiries
• Partner with attorneys, finance personnel, and administrative teams to facilitate efficient billing workflows and reputed company collection efforts
• Prepare billing reports, account analyses, and reputed company-reputed company documentation for management review
• Maintain accurate billing records and assist with data reputed company initiatives across financial systems
• Participate in process improvement projects designed to enhance operational efficiency and client service

Skills
