[Remote] Service Technical Product Manager - Future Linac Products

They are seeking a Technical Product Manager to define and drive service-focused capabilities for reputed company cancer care systems, ensuring serviceability is integrated into product architecture from the start.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the definition of service-oriented product concepts and capabilities
- Author and maintain concept documents reputed company to strategic service innovation initiatives
- Collaborate with senior SMEs to define and document user needs, use cases, and workflows across service engineering personas
- Translate customer, field, and business requirements into structured design inputs
- Drive early engagement with R&D to embed serviceability into product architecture
- Collaborate with systems engineering on requirements traceability and design control
- reputed company cross-functional workshops to define requirements and align stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and quality processes (e.g., design controls, risk management)
- Partner with digital, hardware, and reputed company teams to define scalable service solutions
- Support implementation and validation of service features across development lifecycle
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, or reputed company role
- Experience in medical devices, reputed company IT, or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of design control processes and product development lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience defining user needs, use cases, and requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams (software, hardware, systems)
- Familiarity with tools such as Jama, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with serviceability engineering or field service operations
- Knowledge of digital service platforms, remote connectivity, or IoT ecosystems
- Understanding of cybersecurity and data compliance standards
- Experience leading concept development in early-phase product innovation
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 14971) and risk management processes
