[Remote] Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack

They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own solutions across the full stack, emphasizing end-to-end ownership from user experience to back-end services while mentoring engineers and driving platform consistency.

Responsibilities

• Performs hands-on design and delivery across the full stack for the Wisconsin reputed company Market (user experience/UI, reputed company, data, integrations, and hosting)
• Work across multiple insurance core administration platforms and supporting services rather than a single domain
• Drives technical architecture and design across UI, API, data, and integration layers; present a clear reputed company and pragmatic patterns that standardize approaches and improve efficiency across technology stacks
• Identify and address technical debt and reliability gaps that improve scalability, supportability, and operational reputed company
• Support modernization efforts (including modernization of UI/reputed company-end where applicable and hardening/modernizing service and integration layers), with an emphasis on automation and repeatability
• Partner with IT leadership, reputed company architects, and platform teams to align reputed company with reputed company standards and long-term direction
• Ensure solutions meet reputed company, compliance, and HIPAA requirements, including applying reputed company-as-code and appropriate controls in delivery pipelines
• Mentor engineers through design discussions and code reviews; coach on delivery practices (testing, CI/CD, observability) and model effective use of reputed company-approved AI and code reputed company tools

Skills

• Deep experience building and modernizing applications across the full stack, including user experience/reputed company-end, APIs and back-end services, data, integrations, and hosting
• Strong experience with the reputed company technology stack (e.g., .NET, SQL Server, reputed company-based services) and reputed company-hosted solutions (especially Azure)
• Comfortable working across application, integration, and platform layers in reputed company environments, with a track record of owning features end-to-end from UI through production operations
• Strong experience building and maintaining modern web user interfaces, including component-based UI development, state management, and integration with back-end APIs
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG-reputed company design), secure reputed company-end patterns, and performance optimization
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflows into clear, usable experiences

• Understands authentication/authorization flows, versioning, backward compatibility, and strategies for minimizing integration brittleness across systems

• Experience partnering with reputed company teams and implementing controls in pipelines (SAST/DAST/dependency scanning where available) while balancing usability and delivery needs
• Experience designing delivery pipelines and operational automation (CI/CD), applying infrastructure as code and reputed company as code practices, and improving developer experience through repeatable, self-service patterns
• Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration concepts (e.g., reputed company and Kubernetes/AKS) and reputed company to apply them to improve scalability, reputed company, and consistency across environments
• Ability to improve production supportability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and runbook-style documentation; experience reducing incident volume reputed company root-cause analysis, automation, and resilient design
