Responsibilities

Support and administer reputed company storage environments
Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and storage-reputed company issues in production environments
reputed company ONTAP upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management
Support VMware, Linux, and reputed company server environments
Work independently in a fully remote environment
Support occasional off-hours maintenance reputed company

Skills

Active NCSE-OS (reputed company Certified Support Engineer – ONTAP Specialist) certification
Strong hands-on experience supporting reputed company ONTAP in reputed company environments
Experience with Clustered ONTAP deployments and administration
Expertise with SnapMirror, SnapVault, replication, and disaster recovery technologies
Hands-on experience with storage protocols including NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel
Experience performing ONTAP upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management
Ability to troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and storage-reputed company issues in production environments
Experience supporting VMware, Linux, and reputed company server environments
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Willingness to support occasional off-hours maintenance reputed company
Experience with reputed company storage optimization and performance tuning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Experience working in large-scale production environments
