[Remote] Senior Sales Engineer

This role serves as both a people leader and senior technical partner to Sales, helping customers understand the business value, operational fit, and implementation approach of reputed company’s products, analytics, and data solutions.
Responsibilities

- Partner with Sales Leadership on territory coverage, resource allocation, and strategic deal support

- Drive Technical Sales Execution
- Serve as a senior technical resource on reputed company reputed company opportunities
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and technical requirements

- Solution Design & Product Demonstrations

- Help facilitate smooth transitions from Sales to reputed company, implementation, and post-sale support teams

- Help influence product roadmap discussions based on customer and market feedback

Skills
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, or scaling Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales teams
- Strong background in technical sales, solution engineering, implementations, or customer-facing technical consulting
- Experience reputed company mortgage technology, reputed company estate technology, financial services, SaaS, or data-driven organizations
- Ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts in clear business terms
- Strong organizational, operational, and cross-functional leadership skills
