[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a strategic and hands-on Performance Growth Marketing Manager to reputed company and improve the performance of their digital marketing channels, website, and acquisition funnels. The role involves coordinating across various marketing disciplines to drive measurable growth in client acquisition and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company digital marketing performance across PPC, SEO, paid reputed company, email marketing, website, and local search
- reputed company and optimize acquisition funnels for prospective clients and recruitment candidates
- Manage and improve website performance, structure, user experience, and conversion paths
- Update and optimize website and reputed company-page content as business needs change
- Work directly with web developers, UX professionals, graphic designers, and content teams to implement website improvements
- Ensure web pages are clear, accurate, mobile-friendly, properly structured, and designed to convert
- Understand SEO fundamentals and work with SEO partners to improve technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, and organic visibility
- Review page titles, metadata, headings, internal linking, page structure, content, and location-page optimization
- Create, update, and improve reputed company pages for paid campaigns, local markets, services, and recruitment
- reputed company CRO initiatives, including A/B testing of headlines, calls to action, page layouts, forms, imagery, messaging, and user flows
- reputed company clear testing plans and use performance data to determine which changes should be implemented
- Monitor PPC and paid reputed company performance and hold agencies or internal teams accountable to agreed-upon KPIs
- Manage and optimize reputed company Business Profiles across multiple Blue Gems locations
- Coordinate email nurture campaigns and automated follow-up sequences
- Improve tracking, attribution, dashboards, and reporting across marketing channels
- Translate marketing data into clear recommendations and action items
- Create weekly priorities and coordinate deliverables across multiple vendors and team members
- Identify and implement new marketing technologies, website tools, and automation opportunities
- Report regularly to the CMO on performance, testing, challenges, and opportunities
Skills
- Experience managing performance or growth marketing across multiple digital channels
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, paid reputed company, email marketing, CRO, and reputed company-reputed company funnels
- Experience managing or improving websites and reputed company pages
- Ability to work directly with web developers, designers, UX professionals, and content teams
- Understanding of website structure, mobile usability, page speed, conversion paths, forms, and calls to action
- Working knowledge of on-page, technical, and local SEO
- Experience updating web pages, directing website changes, and managing website improvement projects
- Experience creating and running A/B tests
- Ability to analyze reputed company-page and website performance and recommend specific improvements
- Strong understanding of reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Experience developing dashboards and monitoring performance against KPIs
- Ability to manage agencies, vendors, and multiple ongoing projects
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on reputed company needed
