[Remote] Bilingual FT/PT Spanish/English Customer Service Agent Remote

They are seeking remote bilingual customer service representatives to deliver high-level customer service solutions, manage inbound and outbound calls, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls and reputed company consistent outbound calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to reputed company satisfaction
• reputed company accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, reputed company appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in typing
