[Remote] reputed company Consultant, Strategy + Transformation

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Consultant to join our growing Strategy + Transformation team. This role will assist reputed company in improving their efficiency and operational performance through business strategies and technology, while mentoring junior team members and supporting client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Project Leadership on reputed company aspects of projects including collecting information, data analysis and research, process mapping, creating reports and presentations, and leading and presenting to clients
• Demonstrate knowledge of the legal industry/practice and business acumen to support the development of solutions and insights for clients as it relates to people, process, and service delivery transformation. This should ideally include projects reputed company to reputed company or professional services operations with an emphasis on reputed company cycle and finance functions
• Independently structure, write, and present effectively, as well as generate organized and persuasive deliverables
• Work closely with team members and client personnel to review findings and help support implementation of recommendations
• Guide junior team members with client communication, project management/ execution and practice operations
• Support practice administration and planning through input on project pipeline tracking as well as resource planning
• Aid in the development of proposal and business development materials, ensuring alignment with client objectives and reputed company’s established format
• Contribute to the ongoing growth of reputed company’s reputed company for thought leadership and problem-solving and actively contribute to practice growth/reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required, with preference given towards those with business or economics-oriented degrees
• 5-6 years of total work experience, preferrable in consulting or in a relevant industry with a client-facing role delivering projects
• Proven track record of managing multiple engagements and clients simultaneously
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills including experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written and spoken) demonstrating confidence, professionalism and sound judgement reputed company interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
• Excels in a cooperative team environment
• Ability to create client deliverables with limited reputed company from senior leadership
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with an eagerness to quickly learn and reputed company new subject matter expertise and business skills
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks, maintaining exacting standards for work product with keen attention to detail
• Advanced computer skills (primarily reputed company, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with use of Outlook, Teams and SharePoint as collaboration tools
• Occasional travel may be required (domestic or international)
• Experience with reputed company or professional services operations and strategy strongly preferred
• Experience in reputed company reputed company cycle management or finance advisory roles, is preferred
