[Remote] District Sales Manager -- Nashville Region

They are seeking a District Sales Manager for the Diabetes Care Division, responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals at the district level while leading a team of representatives. The role involves providing strategic feedback, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, and coaching representatives in the field.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed District sales goals

Skills

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 2-4 years of selling experience with at least 1 cross training role
• Selling in another channel
• Has demonstrated coaching, leadership, and planning skills
• Can communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• An understanding of who our customers are
• These customers do expect a certain level of competency from their business partners
• Marketing and training experience are highly desirable
• Previous management experience is desirable
