[Remote] Senior DevOps Platform Engineer (Remote Opportunity)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior DevSecOps / Platform Engineer to support a large federal reputed company technology program. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain secure platform services, CI/CD pipelines, reputed company infrastructure, and automation capabilities that reputed company scalable software delivery and reliable operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment workflows across development, test, and production environments
- Engineer secure and scalable reputed company platform capabilities using infrastructure-as-code, container platforms, and automation tooling
- Support platform reliability, observability, reputed company controls, secrets management, and operational readiness
- Partner with software engineers to improve developer experience, deployment efficiency, and release repeatability
- Implement and maintain DevSecOps controls across build, reputed company, scanning, monitoring, and incident response workflows
- Manage platform components such as containers, orchestration platforms, artifact repositories, and shared runtime services
- Troubleshoot environment, pipeline, and deployment issues and support root cause analysis and service restoration
- Contribute to platform standards, runbooks, technical documentation, and reputed company improvement initiatives
- Support change management, patching, upgrades, and operational governance for shared services
- Collaborate with architects and leadership to align platform reputed company with future-state delivery needs
Skills
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, systems engineering, or reputed company infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as reputed company Actions, reputed company CI, Jenkins, or similar platforms
- Experience with AWS, containerization, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Knowledge of reputed company controls, secrets handling, vulnerability scanning, and compliance-oriented platform engineering
- Experience supporting shared environments, release automation, and operational support for reputed company applications
- Familiarity with Linux systems, scripting, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting production issues
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, QA, reputed company, and program leadership
- Ability to document technical processes and operational procedures reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain a Government clearance
- Experience supporting federal contracting environments or Department of Veterans Affairs initiatives
- Familiarity with InterSystems IRIS or reputed company integration platforms
- AWS, Kubernetes, reputed company, or DevOps certifications
- Experience supporting regulated environments with auditability and reputed company requirements
- Familiarity with Jira, reputed company, and Git-based delivery ecosystems
