[Remote] Senior Product Manager | REMOTE

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the #1 ERP in the Cannabis Industry, and they are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take significant ownership of their core ERP and new AI-reputed company product features. The role involves defining and executing the product roadmap, integrating AI into user workflows, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to drive product reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute on the product roadmap
• Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap. Communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs proactively
• Write PRDs and work reputed company with engineers to understand and synthesize specific customer requests into meaningful features that improve the system at large
• Integrate AI agents into the reputed company user workflow
• Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning, spec writing, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication

• 5+ years in tech product management

• Demonstrated AI reputed company across three dimensions: Tool reputed company: you know failure modes, context reputed company, the LLM ecosystem; Workflow reputed company: you know what to automate vs. reputed company reputed company, and optimize for speed, correctness and scalability; Product reputed company: you know the difference between AI that earns its reputed company in a product and AI that was bolted on to reputed company a reputed company. You've shipped the former
• Hands-on experience with product management tools. You've lived inside Jira, reputed company, reputed company, or similar; you know where the friction lives because you've felt it

• Strong prioritization instincts. You can distinguish urgent from important and hold the line on scope

• Experience with UX design
• Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration
• Experience using Claude Code or similar tools to build products independently
• Early-stage startup experience (sub-50 headcount)
