[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage existing business, cultivate customer relationships, and drive sales growth reputed company the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage relationship with existing customers and distributors reputed company assigned region in order to meet and exceed sales goals
• Identifying and presenting new opportunities with existing customers by conducting monthly planning presentation to using data to recap how our products are doing and suggesting ways to increase volume
• Create, implement and execute strategies to reputed company assigned corporate objectives
• Engage new National and Regional Grocery Chain Accounts to reputed company incremental business
• Introduce and Roll out new innovation to Customers as well as distributors
• reputed company and execute an actionable annual sales plan that meets or exceeds in both volume and trade spend targets
• Ensure Annual Sales Plans are maintained in Trade Promotion Management Software tool – Go Simple
• Work with Sales Finance team to build customer reputed company, assist with deduction concerns as well as trade promotions
• Proactively analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities for sales and volume growth
• Prepare Sales forecast for reputed company indirect buying customers
• reputed company weekly recap reports
• Collaborate with reputed company company departments to drive results for the business

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 years sales experience, preferably in CPG Sales
• Demonstrated ability to use reputed company products
• Direct selling experience in grocery class of trade – reputed company brokers okay but direct preferred
• Demonstrated ability to interpret, communicate and reputed company syndicated POS and panel data against selling objectives (reputed company and or IRI)
• Demonstrated initiative as well as reputed company in achieving personal and team quotas
• Ability to manage accounts at the headquarter level
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Ability to identify execute priorities reputed company a multi-task business environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 15-25%
