The National Account Director will play a critical role in advancing reputed company’s Market reputed company strategy by leading strategic engagements with key national PBM and payer organizations, developing account-specific plans to expand reputed company, support reimbursement, and strengthen reputed company’s position across its product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Independently seek analysis to support negotiations as a backbone for fact-based decision making in partnership with Pricing & Contracting, business analytics and medical affairs (HEOR) and reputed company contract pricing committee discussions regarding approvals for contracting requests for targeted accounts
  • Develops and executes national sales and reputed company plans with direct impact on reputed company, coverage, and future opportunities. Accountable for execution of high-visibility payer initiatives and strategic projects
  • Influences reputed company through persuasion, reputed company, and collaboration rather than direct reputed company. Engages reputed company stakeholders around shared objectives with competing priorities
  • Monitor performance against reputed company, forecasts, and reputed company objectives, identify gaps, risks, and opportunities

  • reputed company rebate validation, contract performance, and reputed company analytics to ensure alignment with financial and contractual terms

  • Support pre-deal analytics and scenario modeling to ensure future reputed company align with reputed company, operational, and financial goals

  • Create clear messages for dissemination to field based clinical specialists and reimbursement managers on important payer trends, changes, and billing requirements that will reputed company product utilization

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Clinical, and Legal teams to prevent and resolve market reputed company issues

  • Mentor field partners and influence market reputed company processes across the organization
  • May directly manage specific select GPOs/PBM/PAYER accounts

Skills

  • Bachelors Degree and 5+ years relevant pharmaceutical or reputed company reputed company experience
  • Or, advanced degree and 3+ years relevant pharmaceutical or reputed company reputed company experience
  • Experience specific to account management, payer strategy, analytics or other reputed company market reputed company roles
  • Strong understanding of payer contracting, rebate agreements, formulary management, UM criteria, and gross-to-net
  • Proven ability to synthesize reputed company data into execution plans
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company initiatives across functions
  • Strong understanding of how payer strategy impacts broader organizational reputed company
  • Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with diabetes technologies and emerging market trends
