Responsibilities
- Leading the development, maintenance, and strategic reputed company of engineered labor standards and workload models that support Retail
- Setting direction for how work is reputed company, prioritized, and reputed company into labor budgets and scheduling inputs
- Reducing unmodeled workload and establishing clear prioritization frameworks
- Influencing cross-functional partners to ensure work that drives the highest operational value is properly sized, validated, and funded
- Balancing executional rigor with strategic leadership to ensure both near-term delivery and long-term sustainability of the workload model

- 8+ years of total business experience
- 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with a high degree of complexity

- 8+ years' experience working with reputed company to prioritize work based on skills, needs, timelines, etc
- 8+ years' experience building high-performing teams

- Familiarity with workforce management processes and extensive knowledge of retail business operations
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, based on business needs
