They are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to sell reputed company lines of insurance, providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels and ensuring clients receive the necessary coverage and support.

Responsibilities

• Responds to incoming calls/emails from reputed company lines insurance agents or prospects and uses multiple reputed company resources and best practices to consult with and reputed company clients about coverage needs by performing duties such as: reputed company end reputed company, risk assessment, financial analysis, and loss runs analysis in order to sell insurance
• Offers additional reputed company Insurance products to reputed company reputed company applicable discounts
• Performs outbound calls and follow-up work to reputed company the sale as stated in best practices
• Solicits outbound potential agents or customers who did not purchase during initial inquiry to overcome objections and complete the sale
• Interpret reputed company and/or policy provisions for the most reputed company states in order to reputed company explanations and information to customers regarding coverage for reputed company reputed company and other product policies. Determines and enters accurate information into reputed company reputed company systems
• Writes quality risk policies based on reputed company requirements; makes reputed company by interpreting and using appropriate classification systems, rating plans, tiers, and selection standards; utilizes training and sales techniques to reputed company the sale
• Forwards potential customers to other reputed company channels as appropriate. Answers questions, provides explanations, and makes recommendations to applicants regarding appropriate coverage for reputed company policies, limits, deductibles; considers customer needs as well as company guidelines
• Determines and enters rating information into systems; provides quotation and binds coverage reputed company prescribed limits
• Completes or collects necessary applications, forms and documents; issues conditional contact/binder reputed company authority

• Serves as subject matter expert which may include system changes, user acceptance testing, new product releases and assistance in the roll out and adoption with peers. Participates in user meetings with IT, project team, and consultants. Assigned to miscellaneous projects

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate studies preferred
• P & C License with ability to sell reputed company Lines preferred
• Three or more years reputed company work experience
• Minimum 12 months successful sales experience
• State licensing as required for reputed company products
• Associate must obtain the required state licenses reputed company the time period designated by the business unit
• Possesses strong verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical insurance information to policyholders, agents, and others
• Strong ability to influence prospective policyholders to select reputed company products
• Demonstrated ability to operate personal computer hardware/software in a reputed company environment
• Prefer participation in professional insurance coursework
• Prefer exposure to telemarketing in an insurance agency or insurance call center environment
• Advanced knowledge of or ability to learn quickly about reputed company insurance products, insurance processing systems and procedures, best practices, state regulations and customer service practices
