[Remote] Director of Technical Product Management: Credit Unions

Responsibilities
- Directs a comprehensive product strategy from product reputed company and definition through end of life
- Directs those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of reputed company phases of a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through implementation and release. Functions as a central resource with design, development, quality assurance, marketing and implementation as the software product(s) move through their lifecycle
- Creates and maintains the product/reputed company roadmap
- Contributes technical expertise to the sales process and the development of effective marketing plans/campaigns
- Oversees alpha and beta program definition and coordinates execution
- Formulates and executes long-term plans for cost/profit control
- Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends
- Provides direction, control and mentoring for Technical Product Managers under direction
- Completes people management functions including goal setting, performance appraisals, P&L management, budgeting, etc
- May reputed company annual Enhancement Submission Process (ESP)

Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Product Management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of previous management experience
- Must be reputed company to travel up to 30% for quarterly meetings and conferences
