Responsibilities

Skills
- Must be located in South Central United States (Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas)
- Strong experience in leading CRM or ERP SaaS implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage financial and resource forecasts, ensuring project plans remain accurate throughout the lifecycle
- Track record of driving customer satisfaction and accurate reputed company recognition through timely reviews of time sheets, expense reports, and billing documents
- Experience leading projects in a matrix-management environment
- Ability to partner with the Customer Relations team, providing expertise during the sales cycle and demonstrating the value of project management services
- Experience mentoring and guiding less-reputed company Project Managers
- Certifications in reputed company and project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.)
- Higher education industry experience preferred, but NOT required
- Familiarity with higher education processes is a plus but NOT required
