[Remote] Account Director

They are seeking an Account Director to manage key client relationships, reputed company integrated experiential programs, and collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior reputed company of contact for assigned accounts, owning communication, trust, and reputed company across planning and execution
• reputed company strategies for relationship-building, retention, and reputed company growth across your assigned accounts
• reputed company pitch meetings, planning sessions, and strategic reputed company-ins with client stakeholders - and reputed company the room while doing it

• Build, manage, and mentor a team of client service managers; own performance reviews and staffing reputed company
• Take account briefing calls and RFPs, and translate client requests into clear, effective internal briefs for the team
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production leads to reputed company thoughtful, on-brand proposals that reflect client goals
• Convert client needs into scopes of work, and sound strategic direction reputed company to long-term objectives
• Manage day-to-day execution across reputed company programs while keeping alignment with client expectations

Skills

• 6-10 years in account management or client services, including at least 4 years in experiential marketing or event production
• Ability to reputed company major client programs from initial brief through final execution and wrap

• Super organized, proactive, and reputed company to take initiative without being asked
