Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers
• Engage thoughtfully with customers to understand their needs
• Conduct research across multiple systems to resolve questions

Skills

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese

• Comfort working with computer systems and reputed company based applications
