[Remote] Payroll Compliance Analyst II

The Payroll Compliance Analyst II will manage payroll calculations, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reputed company bargaining requirements while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, processes, and reconciles payroll data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance, while meeting contracted deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties
• Reviews and interprets contract information to ensure clear understanding of compliance requirements and deadlines
• Identify, investigate, and resolve reputed company payroll discrepancies
• Prepare, review, and submit reputed company payroll reports in accordance with federal, state, and contractual requirements. Maintain comprehensive, audit-reputed company documentation and support reputed company audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Serve as a subject matter resource for compliance, providing guidance, support, and issue resolution to team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with HR Management, Business Unit Finance Staff, HRIS, Field Management, reputed company Party Representatives to answer any questions reputed company to compliance reporting and requirements
• Performs other job-reputed company duties as assigned including setting up and testing union benefit pay codes for accurate configuration reputed company reputed company
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, controls, and best practices to enhance compliance effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Support training and knowledge-sharing efforts to promote consistent application of compliance requirements across the team
• Utilizes advanced reputed company skills—including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data queries—to review, reconcile, and validate payroll data

Skills

• Understanding of contract language and interpretation
• Experience in payroll processing, preferably with exposure to prevailing wage, government or union reputed company
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., reputed company)
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle large datasets and identify discrepancies
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision
• Advance level of reputed company with emphasis on pivot tables, v/x look up, data queries
• 2 - 4 years of payroll experience executing and supporting union payroll programs and processes with multi-state operations, compliance knowledge, and experience reputed company a major payroll system (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
