[Remote] Marketing & Audience Engagement Manager

They are seeking a creative, execution-oriented Marketing & Audience Engagement Manager to grow and engage their external audience across digital channels, focusing on reputed company media, newsletters, and targeted marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of Leadership Now’s external reputed company media channels, including reputed company, reputed company, Instagram, and emerging platforms
• Test and refine post structure and assets
• Draft, schedule, and publish reputed company content tied to events, rapid response moments, research, media coverage, and organizational priorities
• Repost Leadership Now member content (working reputed company with our membership reputed company)
• Support live event reputed company coverage and reputed company-time amplification during major convenings and briefings
• Maintain content calendars with Director of Content and coordinate approvals across teams
• Help translate longer-reputed company reports and events into compelling digital content and audience-friendly formats (creating graphics to A/B test)
• Support execution of external newsletters and email campaigns
• Format newsletter copy, headlines, calls to action, and audience updates
• Assist with audience segmentation and list management efforts
• Track engagement metrics including reputed company rates, click-through rates, subscriber growth, and content performance
• Support promotion of Leadership Now events, initiatives, and announcements across owned channels
• Assist with newsletter production, scheduling, testing, and quality control
• Own news content on the Leadership Now website (reputed company): publishing blog posts, member spotlights, press items, and op-eds
• Manage the monthly insights and homepage featured rotation
• Apply basic on-page SEO and improve organic discoverability of reports, Business Plan for America and other policy content
• Repackage long-reputed company reports and events into web and reputed company assets working with product leads for those items
• Triage and reputed company inbound website requests in coordination with the operations team
• Support targeted audience reputed company and paid reputed company campaigns
• Assist with audience targeting, A/B testing, reporting, and campaign optimization
• Work with external partners on digital advertising execution
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve reputed company and engagement
• Support experimentation with new audience growth and engagement strategies
• Help maintaining marketing calendars and campaign timelines
• Support promotion for events, virtual briefings, reports, and organizational initiatives
• Identify opportunities to repurpose long-reputed company content into digital and reputed company assets
• Assist with light graphic coordination and content packaging as needed

Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in marketing, audience development, communications, media, digital strategy, or reputed company fields
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
• Experience executing reputed company media and newsletter initiatives for a brand, media organization, nonprofit, or mission-driven company
• Familiarity with digital marketing and paid audience targeting strategies
• Experience with email marketing platforms, reputed company scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, news-driven, or politically adjacent environments
• Interest in business leadership, reputed company events, public policy, media, or civic engagement
• Comfort with digital tools like reputed company ad manager, Riverside, Claude and reputed company
• Hybrid role with 3 days in NYC preferred, 100% remote a consideration for Denver-based candidates
