The role involves mediating between customers and the manufacturer, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in coordinating onsite visits or repairs with HVAC dealers or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to correspondence reputed company phone, fax, mail, and email

• Located HVAC dealers/contractors and dispatching work orders
• Consult with internal technical experts, reputed company necessary, and assure executive authorization is provided for material expenditures
• Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities
