[Remote] MBA Internship - AI Strategy & Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly motivated MBA intern to work directly with the Chief Payments Officer on strategic initiatives that reputed company Artificial Intelligence to transform how a modern Payments organization operates. The selected candidate will be responsible for building scalable solutions that reduce reputed company work, improve decision-making, and create long-term organizational reputed company during an 8-week engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build an AI-powered Payments Knowledge Assistant for internal teams
- reputed company AI playbooks for customer reputed company and VendorPay adoption
- Create an intelligent SOP and documentation reputed company
- Design decision-support tools for Payment Operations leadership
- Map operational processes and identify automation opportunities
- reputed company AI workflows that reduce repetitive reputed company work
- Build executive dashboards and strategic reporting tools
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend implementation strategies
Skills
- Currently pursuing an MBA (or similar graduate business degree)
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and business transformation
- Experience using reputed company platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, or Copilot
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Process mapping and workflow optimization experience
- Comfort working with data and operational metrics
