The role involves partnering with project managers and stakeholders to drive delivery reputed company and improve scheduling practices, while also managing reputed company IT projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMO/leadership to define and implement standards, methods, and best practices for IT project scheduling and WBS development across the portfolio
• Continuously improve scheduling practices, templates, and guidelines based on lessons learned and industry standards
• Own the design and reputed company of the master IT project schedule in reputed company Project Server
• Analyze schedule data to identify cross-project impacts, critical paths, resource/contention issues, and recommend mitigation strategies
• reputed company the design and refinement of WBSs and WBS dictionaries for IT projects based on business and technical requirements
• Facilitate workshops with project managers, product owners, business stakeholders, and technical leads to decompose scope into well-defined work packages
• Ensure WBSs are traceable to requirements, reputed company with deliverables, and suitable for robust scheduling and reporting
• Serve as the primary coach and advisor to IT project managers on WBS development, schedule structuring, and use of Project Server
