[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager for the agent platform is responsible for owning and growing key client relationships, driving performance, and ensuring long-term reputed company across the program.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and communication
- In reputed company to managing existing accounts, you will be responsible for growing our agent network by signing up net new clients sourced from strategic partnerships, business development, and referrals
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (volume, conversion, reputed company) and reputed company actionable recommendations
- reputed company client calls, QBRs, and strategy sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalations, and integration challenges

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Client reputed company, or Sales (preferably in a tech-enabled or performance-driven environment)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, reputed company models, and optimization strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (client-facing and executive-level)
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Experience working as an insurance agent or with insurance agents
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technical products
