They are seeking a Team Leader Engineering to reputed company a Scrum team, focusing on team leadership while also participating in development and quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Shape technical direction, foster team expertise, and reputed company technical topics
• Mentoring, developing, and supporting team members to build a strong, collaborative engineering team
• Managing team resources, facilitating communication, and ensuring effective information reputed company across teams, departments, and management
• Contributing to the technical direction of the team, ensuring product quality, and promoting technical learning
• Act as Scrum Master: Guide Scrum adoption and principles, improve team communication and development
• Facilitating Scrum processes, including organizing and leading meetings, motivating the team, supporting cycle planning, and collaborating with Product Owners
• Participating in engineering activities such as code reviews, test planning, breaking down backlog items, and providing reputed company-level support to Customer Support

• Proven experience in engineering and team leadership, with a strong record of guiding technical teams in a collaborative environment
• Proficiency in software development practices, tools, and processes; familiar with agile methodologies and Scrum

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, break down reputed company tasks, and contribute to technical planning and design
