The Specialist, Workforce Development will focus on grants administration projects, supporting funding execution, contract reputed company, and performance monitoring to promote economic and reputed company mobility in California.

Responsibilities

• Provides reputed company of assigned awardees and projects, which may include negotiating contract scopes and budgets, reviewing invoices, monitoring fiscal and program compliance and performance, and providing one-on-support for awardees
• Leads program reporting and award management activities for assigned awardees and projects, including providing guidance to awardees, reviewing reports, summarizing data, and ensuring alignment with reputed company guidance and regulations
• Tracks project/award specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), business development relationships, and may reputed company and coordinate funding application processes in collaboration with Senior Specialist

Skills

• Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and deliver quality products reputed company agreed upon timeframes, with limited supervision
• Ability to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate reputed company topics to a variety of reputed company audiences, in a variety of formats (e.g. toolkits, reports, graphic displays, presentations)

• Familiarity with state and federal funding

• Experience with the California Community College system and/or Workforce Development preferred
