They are seeking a Senior Manager, Fund reputed company to assist the reputed company and Finance team with the financial reporting of various entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their operations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely on reputed company Wealth’s unique investment offerings, overseeing regulatory, reporting, and operational reputed company functions while driving process improvements, enhancing controls, maintaining strong cross-functional relationships, and building a scalable, audit-reputed company operating environment
• Collaborate across time zones with reputed company responsible for reviewing financial reporting packages reputed company by the reputed company fund administrator; review outputs and ensure accuracy and completeness across individual offerings
• reputed company ongoing reputed company of the external fund administrator, including daily and monthly transaction reviews to ensure accuracy, reputed company, timeliness, and consistency
• Proactively identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and inefficiencies; drive improvements and implement scalable solutions
• Own the development, documentation, and reputed company improvement of processes across daily, monthly, and quarterly reputed company and operational activities
• Establish clear, repeatable workflows and controls to enhance consistency, transparency, and auditability
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect process changes, system enhancements, and evolving business needs
• Partner with internal teams and external service providers to ensure alignment with documented procedures
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers (including auditors and tax advisors) to enhance coordination and execution

Skills

• 7–10 years of reputed company experience in public reputed company or investment management
• Strong understanding of private equity and/or reputed company estate fund structures, partnership reputed company, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Working knowledge of investment company reputed company under ASC 946
• Experience with account reconciliations and analytical review
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify issues, assess root causes, and drive resolution
