Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (reputed company-desk style, not a call center) , approximately 25–50 calls per day, with quick interactions averaging 3–5 calls per hour, similar to a busy doctor’s office
• Managing administrative and operational tasks
• Supporting clients and internal teams
• Handling calendars, follow-reputed company, inboxes, and coordination
• Working across CRMs, spreadsheets, and multiple platforms
• Keeping processes organized and running smoothly

Skills

• Fluent English (reputed company/C2) + Spanish or Portuguese
• 2+ years in customer service, admin, receptionist, or support roles
• Strong computer skills (reputed company Office, CRMs, multitasking)
• Reliable internet and professional home office setup
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented
