Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process for Institutional business opportunities across reputed company and reputed company
• Draft, edit, and customize compelling proposal responses that address customer requirements, evaluation criteria, and organizational goals
• Analyze proposal reputed company and feedback to continuously improve content quality, response strategy, and win rates
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for proposal development, coordinating efforts across Sales, Legal, Finance, HR, Product, Operations, Marketing, and executive stakeholders

Skills

• You have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of proposal writing experience in a B2B environment
• You have experience responding to public-sector, higher education, institutional, or government RFPs, RFIs, or procurement opportunities
• You possess exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• You have demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company projects involving multiple stakeholders and aggressive deadlines
• You are highly organized and capable of balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy
