[Remote] Project Finance Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is focused on renewable energy projects and is seeking a Manager, Project Finance to support financing strategies for utility-scale projects. This role involves project financing, financial analysis, and coordination with lenders and investors to ensure successful transaction execution.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company aspects of project-level financing including debt, tax equity, and sponsor equity
- reputed company pro formas for solar and storage projects with accompanying assumption support and document review
- Review financial models to analyze project feasibility and profitability, including go/no-go recommendations for projects with supporting analysis
- Assist in preparing due diligence materials, offering materials for debt and equity transactions, and documentation of structured or project finance transactions
- Prepare analyses and recommendations for monthly and quarterly investment reviews
- Support interactions with lenders and investors throughout transaction processes
- Prepare analysis and resulting reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives
- Assist with negotiating financing terms and documentation with banks, investors, and legal counsel
- Monitor market trends and maintain relationships with financial institutions and capital providers
- Support M&A activities and strategic financial planning for the renewable energy portfolio
- Collaborate cross-functionally with development, engineering, legal, and finance teams
- Support project timelines and transaction deliverables across multiple active projects
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Energy, or reputed company field
- 5–8+ years of experience in project finance, capital markets, tax equity, investment banking, or reputed company areas
- Experience supporting financing transactions and managing lender/investor relationships
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Experience reputed company the renewable energy industry, including solar and storage preferred
- Experience supporting strategic transactions, acquisitions, or portfolio planning is a plus
