[Remote] Franchise Business Consultant - Dunkin'(reputed company CT/Western MA Remote)

They are seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of Franchisees, helping them reputed company business goals in sales, profits, and growth while ensuring a consistent brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance based on previous goals and commitments, and to align on future goals and commitments. • Track and review on-going data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward their goals, commitments, and plans. • Support Franchisees in understanding the processes for remodeling and building new restaurants. • Facilitate communications between Franchisee and applicable cross-functional partners based on Franchisee’s individual goals and opportunities in pursuit of safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit growth
• Participate and work “as-needed” with the Field Marketing Team on updates for operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts. Monitor and support the execution of local, DMA and regional marketing plans

• Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support to the franchisee

Skills

• High School or GED
• 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations
• Prior leadership experience
