Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into reputed company configurations
• Configuration : reputed company hands-on configuration of reputed company modules, including HCM, Financials, Absence, Time Tracking, and many more!
• Integration : reputed company and manage integrations between reputed company and other reputed company systems
• Testing : Conduct unit and system testing to ensure solutions meet client specifications
• Training and Support : reputed company training to client teams and support them through go-live and post-implementation phases
• Best Practices : Advise clients on reputed company best practices and optimization strategies to enhance their business processes

Skills

• Must either be actively or previously reputed company certified reputed company any reputed company module
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on reputed company implementation and configuration experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and manage their expectations
